1. Who we are

AgentFilter (agentfilter.com) is an AI agent directory that helps users discover and compare AI agents. We are operated as an independent project. Questions? Email us at [email protected].

2. What information we collect

  • Contact form submissions — when you fill out our contact form we collect your name, email address, subject, and message. This is stored securely in our database and used only to respond to your enquiry.
  • Anonymous usage data — we use Google Analytics to collect basic, non-personally-identifiable data (page views, country, browser type) to understand how the site is used. No advertising or remarketing cookies are set.
  • No account data — AgentFilter does not require account registration. We do not collect passwords or payment information.

3. Cookies

AgentFilter does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may use a single, strictly necessary session cookie if you interact with certain features, but no personal data is stored in it.

4. How we use your information

  • To respond to contact form enquiries
  • To improve the directory and fix bugs
  • We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate AgentFilter:

  • Supabase — database hosting for agent data and contact form submissions (EU data residency available).
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for contact form notifications.
  • Vercel — website hosting and serverless functions.
  • GitHub & ProductHunt APIs — publicly available data used to populate the directory.

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

6. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. Agent directory data is public information aggregated from open sources and is retained indefinitely.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of AgentFilter after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
